Vehicle Request Terms

Luxury Car Cuba is a B2C catalogue and enquiry service operated by Dream Sun Travel S.L., RUC 52745928-9-057, Avenida Balboa, Calle 50, Torre Global Bank, Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá.

A request is not a booking

Submitting the website form or sending a message is a request for information and availability. It does not reserve a vehicle, create a rental or transport contract, confirm a price, deposit, insurance, delivery point or cancellation rule, or oblige either party to proceed.

A service exists only after the exact vehicle or clearly described alternative, dates, service mode, price, inclusions, exclusions, conditions, contracting party and acceptance method are confirmed separately in writing. The website does not accept online payments. Do not send card details, credentials or identity documents through the enquiry form.

Vehicles and availability

Availability is checked for each request and is not displayed in real time. A preferred make or model is not guaranteed by submitting a request. Specifications, model year, colour, trim, equipment, luggage capacity and images apply only as stated on the relevant vehicle page or written confirmation. An alternative is not treated as the requested vehicle unless it is identified to you.

Self-drive and driver requests

Licence, age, insurance, deposit, permitted drivers, mileage, fuel, road-use restrictions and delivery conditions are confirmed only in a later written offer and contract. A driver may be requested as a secondary option where available. Complex chauffeur, airport, event or multi-day transport may be referred to a specialist only after the referral and handling of personal information are explained.

Your responsibilities

Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, submit only information needed for the request, review all later written details before accepting an offer, and use the website lawfully. If you provide information about another traveller, you must be authorised to do so.

Contracting party and third parties

The website receives and coordinates initial enquiries. Any later written offer must identify the legal party that would provide or arrange the vehicle or service and the terms that apply. Links to Lujo Cuba, Diamond Cuba, CubaLuxe, My Elite Cars, VIP Car Rental Cuba or another website do not by themselves create a partnership, agency relationship or endorsement.

Website content and availability

Vehicle media and descriptions are provided to support an enquiry and may not be commercially reused without permission from the rights holder. Manufacturer names, when used factually, remain the property of their owners and do not imply sponsorship. Catalogue content may be updated or removed when a vehicle, image right or operating detail can no longer be verified.

Rights, law and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights. These website request terms are governed by the laws of Panamá, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in their country. Competent courts are determined under applicable law.
