This policy explains how personal information is used when you visit luxurycarcuba.com, contact Luxury Car Cuba or submit a premium-vehicle request.
Controller and contact
The controller is Dream Sun Travel S.L., trading as Luxury Car Cuba, RUC 52745928-9-057, Avenida Balboa, Calle 50, Torre Global Bank, Ciudad de Panamá, Panamá. Privacy requests may be sent to enquiries@luxurycarcuba.com.
Information we use
When you make a request, we use the details you provide, which may include your name, email, optional telephone or WhatsApp number, dates, passenger and luggage needs, delivery and return points, service preference, requested vehicle category or model, and your message. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or sensitive information through this form.
Our systems may also process limited technical and security information such as IP address, browser, requested page, date and time, server logs and security events. The enquiry form derives a pseudonymous value from the connection address to limit repeated submissions; that active rate-limit value expires after approximately 30 minutes.
Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to the request you initiated, check relevant details, communicate about that request, protect the form and website, troubleshoot delivery, comply with legal duties and handle legal claims. Where EU or UK data-protection rules apply, the bases are steps you request before a possible contract, legitimate interests in service security and proportionate operational records, and legal obligations. Optional analytics relies on your separate choice. Enquiry details are not used to subscribe you to marketing.
Recipients and transfers
Access is limited to authorised Luxury Car Cuba personnel and providers needed for website hosting, business email, security, maintenance and delivery. The production website and business mailbox use Hostinger services. Google Analytics 4 is used only if you accept optional analytics; details are available in our Cookies & Analytics notice. We do not sell personal information or automatically send an enquiry to Lujo Cuba, Diamond Cuba, CubaLuxe or VIP Car Rental Cuba.
Information may be processed outside your country, including where the controller or a service provider operates. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, the controller or provider will use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful mechanism. Information about the relevant safeguard is available on request.
Retention
Enquiry emails and related correspondence are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted unless the request proceeds to a contract, a longer period is required by law, or information is needed for an active complaint, dispute or legal claim. Security and provider logs follow the applicable provider or system cycle. Backup copies are removed as they are overwritten under the applicable backup cycle.
Your choices and rights
You choose whether to submit a request. Required fields are needed to understand and respond; telephone or WhatsApp is optional. Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent for an optional purpose, and complain to the competent data-protection authority. Security, children and external services
We use server-side validation, anti-spam controls, rate limiting and restricted administrative access. No internet or email system is completely secure. The request service is for adults aged 18 or over. If you choose email, WhatsApp or another external communication service, that provider may process information under its own privacy terms; email remains available as an alternative to WhatsApp.

We may update this policy when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will appear on this page.
